ABOUT ME:
I have been in the architectural field for over 40 years. I received a bachelors degree in Architecture from University of Texas at Arlington in 1978. After graduating I worked for some of the largest commercial real estate developers in the Dallas, Texas. I also apprenticed there under several architecture firms.
Eventually I started an architectural practice there in late 1980s about the time of the infamous saving and loan crisis. I later moved to Florida when offered an Architectural position with Pan Am at Kennedy Space Center. I worked there for over 10 years as an employee of numerous space center subcontractors and eventually decided to reopen my architectural office. I ran a successful architecture business in Cocoa Florida for over 10 years.
I moved to Kentucky in 2012 and started working at Blue Grass Army Depot designing chemical weapons demil facilities . I left there in 2014 and began providing contract services to architects in Lexington. I also provide disaster inspection services on an as needed basis to FEMA thru part time employment with WSP, a major engineering and government services firm.
With the new growth in Somerset beginning several years ago,I decided to reopen my practice here. I have been coming to this area all my life to visit relatives and have decided to now settle here.
Over the years I have designed 100s of residences as well as commercial buildings and churches. I have also specialized in Department of Defense (DoD) projects including rocket launch support facilities, military trainer facilities and chemical weapon demilitarization facilities.
My other interest include golf, gardening, and computer programming.
